Receptionist / Office Assistant
Full-time permanent position
Based in Central Edinburgh
Up to £25,000 annually, dependent on experience
Search Consultancy are currently working with a prestigious firm based in central Edinburgh to recruit a professional Receptionist on a full-time basis. This role will be best suited to an experienced Receptionist with a professional demeanour and strong work ethic.
Duties involved in this role will include:
- Covering the front desk, answering the phone and handling clients
- Stationary orders as well as mailroom and file management
- Accurate record taking as wells as drafting letters, documents etc.
- General office support tasks as required, including getting milk in the morning and sourcing products for facilities.
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist in a corporate environment - this is essential
- Strong communicator, confident and professional dealing with clients face-to-face or over the phone.
- Punctual and hardworking, with a 'can do' attitude.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
