**People AdvisorResponsibilities**

As the People Advisor, some of your key responsibilities will be:

- To advise, professionally guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
- Take responsibility for your own Colleague Relation cases and work as a team (across the regions) to proactively case manage based on priority and risk to the business to ensure that the right support is in place, at the right time, and concluded appropriately.
- Provide advice and guidance on People issues to promote HR best practice whilst carefully balancing recommendations, and commercially viable options to support their own individual business circumstances and performance.
- Developing effective relationships with the business to promote strong employee relations

**People AdvisorExperience**

The People Advisor position will be purely Employee Relations (ER) focused, helping to ensure a fair and consistent approach to the organisation’s policies and procedures. Our client is looking for some someone who is passionate about everything employeerelations as this is a purist role with little generalist HR involved. Ideally you will have a commercial mindset and be interested in the animal industry

**Location**

Our client is based in Swindon, near West Oxfordshire. They are nearby to the train station.

Key office hours are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm depending upon your preference.

This will be a hybrid working role in Swindon with two days a week working from home.
