Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for credit control activities; purchase and sales ledger transactions; interfacing with customer EDI systems; matching purchase invoices with goods receipts; assisting with the preparation and accurate processing of supplier payments, updating customer information, reconciling customer statements and dealing with internal and external queries. In addition, you will also have exposure to the management of petty cash and the administration of personnel expenses.

With previous experience working in a finance function, you will be a natural communicator and team player with the ability to liaise across all levels. Well organised and efficient with a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, you will have a sound knowledge of accounting basics, be computer literate with good Excel skills and familiar with accounting IT systems. Salary is dependent on experience.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
