Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Must have surveying experience in the asbestos industry.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Proficient in using the Microsoft office package.
Duties of the role:
Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including domestic and commercial.
Building a strong relationship with the company's mixed portfolio of clients.
