Your day-to-day.
- Prepare, check and collate all invoices and credits received for entry onto the accounting system in a timely manner.
- Record and file all invoices and documentation as directed by the Administration Manager or General Manager.
- Maintain owner accounts in filing systems and ensuring regular tests such as gas and electric checks are up to date
- Collate accruals on a weekly basis for the Administration Manager and General Manager.
- Resolve all account and payment queries from suppliers.
- Review of outstanding jobs and closing down those completed.
- Maintain training records and employee files for all team members.
- Run reports as required by the Administration Manager and General Manager.
- Ensure all procedures and checks are carried out and paperwork is correctly processed in the system.
- Support with the accurate management and upkeep of the health & safety system, ensuring all training, audit and investigation documents are uploaded.
- Carry out all daily delegated tasks.
- Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochure.
- Embrace and promote the Parkdean Resorts values through the effective use of various tools such as the “Creating Amazing Memories” training.
- On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.
**Person Specification**:
- Experience of finance procedures such as payroll, credit control or purchase ledger desirable.
- IT literate
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer focused.
- Proven ability to work as part of a wider team.
- Achievement focused.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Passion to portray the Parkdean Resorts company values.
- Desire to strive for success and achieve more.
- Cashier experience desirable.
