Conrad Consulting are working closely with one of the UK's premier AJ100 Architectural Practice who are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their revered architectural team based from their regional studio in the heart of Leeds city centre.

This nationwide practice is a huge name within the Architectural industry with offices based throughout the UK and internationally. Regularly appearing prominently within in the AJ100 list of practices, the practice prides itself on developing and nurturing their Architectural talent in the business, with incentives in place to encourage all staff members to excel and achieve their utmost potential in their career, a terrific experience awaits for motivated and driven individuals.
- controlled and capable of communicating facts within the required area of expertise and knowledge.

The successful incumbent will be someone who possesses:

- At least 5 years of post qualification experience working towards MCIAT.
- Demonstrable experience of working within the aforementioned sectors.
- The ability to deal with multiple projects at varying stages and complexities.
- An architectural qualification or can demonstrate competency through experience
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work using Revit software.
- Keen to develop into a job running / client facing Technologist.

Salary reviews are held 3 times a year, which are based on targets set by you.

For this position as a Architectural Technologist, you will receive a salary and benefits package including the following:

- Salary in the region of £35,000 -£38,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
- 25 days holiday + Christmas shut down.
- New starter CPB financial grant.
- Permanent Health Insurance (PHI), inclusive from your 1st day of work.
- Discretionary bonus scheme paid annually (generally around 5% of salary).
- Potential for flexible home/office based working.
