Its an incredible place to grow your career surrounded by passionate designers who genuinely love what they do.This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist or Senior Technologist with proven experience in the commercial residential or mixed-use sectors and who is confident using Revit and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality technical information.Package:Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office)Excellent professional development and mentoringDiverse high-quality project portfolioSupportive sociable and inclusive team cultureOffice: Leeds City CentreHours: Full-time Monday to Friday (with hybrid working 3 days in 2 days working from home)Duties:Produce detailed technical drawings and specificationsSupport the delivery of projects from concept through to completionCoordinate with architects consultants and contractorsEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and standardsContribute to BIM workflows and model management using RevitAssist with planning tender and construction documentationRequirements:Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalentMinimum three years experience in an architectural practiceCIAT accreditation would be beneficialProficiency in Revit and AutoCadExcellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and awareness of the Building Safety ActConfident in liaising with external consultants and coordinating design informationPositive proactive attitude with a passion for teamwork and design quality Key Skills HR & Payroll,Lifting Equipment,CAD,Administration And Secretarial,Architecture Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
