**Job: HR Administrator/Coordinator (6 month FTC)**
**Location: Ruislip**
**Salary: £24,000 - £26,000**
Working as part of a busy, friendly HR Team, you will contribute to its success and support the continued growth of the company.
- To control all personnel administration, implementing a suitable and secure system to ensure all documents are effectively stored in line with GDPR.
- To produce offer letters and basic starter pack on receipt of an approved recruitment authorisation form and a starter form
- On receipt of a returned signed offer letters and confirmation of acceptance and start date, Prepare a full starter pack
- Various projects, including moving historic paper-based records to electronic
- To create a personnel file for all new starters
- Prepare extension to probation letters as required by managers
- To carry out all employment referencing and credit checks to the required standard
- Respond to reference requests in line with the company policy
- Carry out a basic criminal record checks for roles that require them
- Keep records of driving licences
- Carry out an annual check for all company car users / employees / spouses and provide a report of the findings to the group HR Manager and Directors
- To complete all statutory leave letters including the required dates ensuring this is communicated to payroll
- To set up all New starters on the payroll system and assign a payroll number
- To ensure that all leavers are processed in line with the leavers forms received from managers check for accuracy
- To request log in details for all new starters for required on-line training
- To administer the Cycle to work scheme
- To arrange and schedule the monthly induction for the Group HR Manager
- To assist Group HR Manager with writing Job Descriptions.
- To prepare Investigate / disciplinary documentation ensuring that the Group HR Manager has been consulted and approved prior to issuing.
- To offer /sound Generalist HR Advice to line managers regarding policies and procedure and legislation.
**Experience required**:
- Day to day handling of ER queries, from start through to conclusion
- Recruitment experience
- 1 years generalist HR
