Foodpro, part of Browns Food Group, is one of the UK’s top producers of frozen ready meals, and we’re looking for a Training Co-Ordinator to ensure our factory floor team is trained, supported, and ready to produce high-quality meals for customers across the nation. **About The Role** You will be responsible for ensuring the training of new starters and existing employees is delivered You will track training progress, using our matrix, to make sure all team members are compliant with safety, quality, and operational standards You will be the "buddy" for new starters during their onboarding process, helping them settle into their roles and ensuring they understand key processes and safety requirements You will check in with and support existing team members and encourage them to maintain and improve their skills. Working alongside departmental managers, you will identify training gaps and needs and oversee the delivery of the training needed. **About You** Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to keep training on track and experience of working in food manufacturing is vital. Approachable and supportive personality required. Previous training experience in a food manufacturing is essential as are excellent adminstrative skills. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Health & wellbeing programme Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
