Craig Baker Driver Training is a leading provider of HGV & PCV training in the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and helping our customers achieve their driving goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling driving tests and coordinating training courses.
- Communicating with customers to confirm bookings and provide relevant information.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to course planning and test arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and the drive to learn and improve.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.
