Due to the continuing growth of the business, we are looking to expand the team further and are seeking friendly, professional and reliable customer service advisors to join our outstanding team You would be primarily working from home with full training and laptop provided and would be playing a key role in providing a high standard of customer service and resolving customer queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with a variety of customer enquiries, including product and order queries, payment queries, returns and refunds, payment disputes, cancellation requests, etc.
- Monitoring to ensure our 1800+ retailers are shipping orders out promptly and responding to customer queries within our timescales.
- Resolving customer complaints, including negative online reviews.
**Skills required**:

- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Good standard of IT skills - ability to navigate different systems.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong team player - someone who will support colleagues and promote a positive working environment and team spirit.
- Enthusiasm to keep learning and developing your skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and manage time effectively to deal with high ticket volumes.
- Confidence in working independently and making decisions to appropriately escalate issues to management or other departments.
- Fluency in another language is desirable but not essential as translation software is built into the systems.
Hours of work are 35 hours per week, and will include some occasional weekend working.
