**Description**
- Co-ordinate and book technicians' travel requirements and manage costs via Concur
- Support the Operations Manager with document creation
- Scan and file completed work packs and ensure timesheets are provided to the relevant departments for invoicing
- Maintain spreadsheets for training / medical records for technicians and co-ordinate bookings for courses due to elapse.
- Co-ordinate with HR to manage annual leave / absence records for the Operations department
- Upload supporting job documentation
