**Business Support Administrator**

We’re now looking for Business Support Administrator to join our team and help us deliver great results for our clients.

**The Role**

Facilities support is integral to the successful running of our Nottingham office, as well as completing regular tasks you will need to respond quickly to ad hoc requests from all levels of the business.

As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- General office administration responsibilities
- Enquiries line & door answering where required
- Monthly Crewhu reward ordering
- Creating & updating process documents
- Uniform ordering, stock control and distribution
- Supporting staff events (Bookings/attendee management/admin/catering)
- Meeting room booking management (resolving conflicts/visitor bookings)
- Visitor experience (As and When required) - Parking/catering/welcome screen/meet & greet

Staff stock ordering (refreshments/stationery etc)
- General upkeep/maintenance reporting (booking repairs/additional cleaning etc)
- Assist with local weekly/monthly fire alarm/emergency checks
- Liaise with suppliers & contractors

**About You**

To join us as a Facilities Administrator, you will need:
Required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Recent experience of Office 365 suite
- The ability to innovate and work to deadlines
- The ability to work effectively independently and as a team player
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to multi-task
- Confidant dealing with all levels of staff through out the business
- Great problem-solving abilities

Desirable
- First Aid certified
- Full clean UK driving license
