We prioritize the growth and well-being of our team members by providing continuous training and offering various bonus schemes to boost earnings. In fact, you can climb the ladder from receptionist to senior receptionist, and even to a manager role with a potential monthly income of £3000

We are waiting for someone who:

- You'll be the first friendly face our clients see when they arrive at our salon. Your warm welcome will set the tone for their visit.
- Handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring our booking system runs smoothly so that our clients can easily plan their visits.
- Sharing detailed information about our range of salon services, packages, and pricing to help clients select their perfect experience.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area that creates a welcoming environment our clients will absolutely adore.
- Collaborating with our talented beauticians and other team members to ensure seamless operations and provide clients with timely service.
- Accurately and efficiently processing transactions, including handling cash and electronic payments, to ensure clients have a hassle-free payment experience.
- Showcasing our fabulous salon products and offering recommendations to clients during their visits.
- Keeping our supplies organized and well-stocked, guaranteeing that we always have everything needed to provide exceptional service.
- Working together with our salon manager to brainstorm exciting marketing ideas and contribute your own suggestions to make our clients even happier and our business thrive.

If you have:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in sales is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, making clients instantly feel comfortable and valued.
- Be super organized and a master of multitasking, paying close attention to the little details.
- Experience with salon management software or booking systems would be fantastic
- Familiarity with beauty treatments, products, and services would be a great bonus.
- The ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, bringing a positive attitude to work each and every day.
- A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

**Salary**: £1,400.00-£4,000.00 per month
