" **Let’s get to the detail shall we?** As a Senior Host, it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible and have the best time We are not just an activity, we are an experience, so we want our guests to be super comfortable and happy throughout their visit. You will oversee reception hosts to achieve service targets to deliver outstanding welcome experiences. You will hold regular training sessions with the team, ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety and general venue information. **Have you got what it takes?** We are looking for individuals with exuberant personalities that can help us to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, with a passion to provide **THE BEST** experiences for our guests.
