**PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT**
**PAYING £21,000 per annum plus benefits**
As a remote Customer Services Advisor you will provide front line support to customers and clients by providing an efficient and effective service, delivering fist time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner.
You will deal with enquiries and requests in a courteous manner, aiming to resole the enquiry and provide an excellent level of service.
Required:
Demonstrates the competencies for the role
Experience of working in a customer focused environment
Excellent telephone manner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience of working to targets
Ability to work under pressure in a scheduled environment
Preferred:
Good keyboard skills
Experience in the financial sector
Call centre experience
The Virtual Call-Centre operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.15pm, and you will be required to work 7.5 hours per day between these times (37.5 hours per week)
