Doordeals are a well-established ecommerce company based in Sheepbridge who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
**Duties**
- Processing orders. Liaising with customers to confirm orders. Gather additional information as necessary and keep them informed on the progress of orders.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Dealing with customer related queries to a high standard to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Dealing promptly and effectively with customer requests and queries, including invoice queries, to meet required time-scales.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competence in using computerised systems and office software, particularly Google Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
