**Job Title**: Business Centre Manager
**Location**: Tonbridge
**Salary**: £15.40ph or 30k annual salary
**Start Date-1 year Mat Cover to start 15th March**
**Hours**: Monday to Friday,9am - 5:30pm
Our client is looking for an energetic sales driven individual who will be responsible for managing and operating all aspects of their business centre working in their exclusive modern offices based in Tonbridge.
If you are a skilled Manager with experience with working in sales and/or Marketing preferably in properties, we have an excellent opportunity for you
**The duties in your new role would be**:
- Speaking with brokers on a weekly basis
- Thinking of incentives to drive sales into the centre
- Manage a reception team of 5
- Creating initiatives to target and get more tenants
- Manage Invoices
- Keep on top of the maintenance of building by booking contractors and other service providers to ensure all aesthetics of the building are neatly maintained.
**Requirements**:
- Ideally have experience in marketing, management, and sales
- Good communicators with interpersonal and leadership skills
- Outside the box thinker
- Friendly and reliable
- Computer literate with clear English language and writing skills
- You can start by 15th March
