Temporary Events Administrator

We have registered a rarely available temporary role working in a prestigious academic setting.
Starting at short notice, the assignment will be ongoing on a temporary basis until a permanent successor is appointed.
**Temporary Events Administrator Responsibilities**
- Acting as the central point of contact for all enquiries to the department
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure all data is accurately entered on the system
- Adding quotations to the client records
- Allocating contractual documentation to each booking
- External liaison with suppliers
- Arranging all necessary IT to support the event

**Temporary Events Administrator Requirements**
- To succeed in this assignment, you will have worked in a similar position previously, ideally in an events or conferencing team.
- You will be a proven administrator, who excels under pressure and offers absolute accuracy at all times.
- Your customer service skills will extend to exceptional communication when conversing with contacts at all levels.
- A confident IT user, you must be proficient with the full MS Office suite, and will ideally have used a range of databases in addition.

Our client is located in Central Oxford (OX1), where strong public transport links connect the city to the rest of the county.
