It's never been more of a challenging time to be a Buyer or to work in Procurement. But you're someone who loves a challenge. You'll relish the opportunity to work with a hospitality group that are at the premium end of the market and have invested upwardof £15m into the infrastructure in the last 18 months.

You will be ensuring the entire group's pricing strategy is optimum. This will span over a wide range of products and services, so the variety will be huge, there are over 2000 SKUs from bathrobes to consumables, beverages to cutlery. Since the most partof your buying will be within the hospitality industry, broad knowledge of this will be hugely beneficial to hit the ground running.

If you enjoy working in collaboration with people - you will love this job, as you will work with chefs on procuring the best ingredients for their rosette-started restaurant, with the head of the spa on products for the award-winning spa and the financedirector on utilities. It's going to take diplomacy and communication skills, so it's really important you can demonstrate that. It may sound obvious, but you're going to need to be very good with systems and reporting, so advanced excel skills and ideallyfamiliarity with Procure Wizard.

This is a group who really look after their employees and can offer real opportunity to progress you professionally, as you will work with a very experienced set of industry professionals.

From a salary perspective, you are looking at £45,000 - £50,000, depending on your experience, although if you're looking for slightly more and you think it's worth having a conversation, then we'd very much be open to it. You will be based in the beautifulrefurbished Moreton-in-Marsh office, with the opportunity to work from home when appropriate. You will occasionally need to travel to their properties (both in the Midlands) for meetings.
