**Job Overview**:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes and sustained growth within your sector. This role is ideal for an ambitious recruiter with at least 3 years of experience, looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic, culture-led agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships to expand your recruitment desk.
- Conduct market mapping and headhunting activities to identify top talent.
- Take on future leadership responsibilities including team growth and P&L management.
- Participate actively in client meetings and contribute to the strategic direction of the recruitment function.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, particularly in sectors like Accounting & Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Digital.
- Proven track record of building client relationships and effectively managing recruitment processes.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to drive personal and business growth.
- Interest in taking on leadership roles and managing a team in the future.

Pay: £42,099.60-£103,049.95 per year
