Interim Commercial Finance Manager

As the Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for all revenue and margin streams partnering the Head of Commercial, Brand Managers, Retail Managers and Marketing to provide insight and analysis to aid decision making and to drive value.
**Responsibilities**:
- Team Management; 3-part qualified accountants.
- Finance Business Partnering to Marketing, Brand and Retail Managers.
- Provide weekly and monthly insight into drivers of margin movement.
- Deliver sales and margin budgeting and forecasting.
- Review relevant balance sheet accounts vs. budget & forecasting flagging any working capita issues where necessary.
- Work with internal & external stakeholders providing financial insight and recommendations.
- Ad hoc reporting, analysis & project work.
**Requirements**:
- Qualified Accountant.
- Commercial thinking with the ability to influence, communicate clearly, create action and deliver results.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Team management/ Leadership experience.
