**Your key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address current infrastructure gaps and industry innovations, improving the infrastructure.
- Understand development methodologies and IT policies necessary for effective performance within the organization, aligned with the bank’s risk appetite.
- Participate in TM planning/Scrum meetings, gather tasks before Quarterly Reviews, set priorities by working closely with the Scrum Master, and support audit functions in reducing risk, maintaining compliance documentation.

**Your skills and experience**
- IT experience with expertise in system design, development, implementation, user support, and project management knowledge.
- Demonstrates high performance and productivity focus, leading teams effectively towards delivery.
- Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive, adaptable approach.
- Highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented in managing tasks.
