They're now looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead two cross-functional squads - setting the vision, defining strategy, and driving measurable impact through exceptional product delivery.

The Role

As Senior Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital financial products that directly impact thousands of customers every day. You'll be responsible for translating strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, ensuring every sprint delivers tangible value aligned with the company's mission and Board-level proof points. You'll work across discovery, delivery, and optimisation using insight, data, and experimentation to continually refine and elevate the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and drive vision and strategy for two product squads, aligning with wider business objectives and leadership priorities.
  • Translate company strategy into clear, prioritised squad missions and measurable OKRs.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to plan, execute, and review sprint outcomes.
  • Use customer research, behavioural data, and analytics to deeply understand user pain points, motivations, and opportunities.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities that guide focused, outcome-driven delivery.
  • Define and track success metrics, using data and feedback to iterate and improve.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within your squads.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a digital-first financial services or fintech environment (e.g. Monzo, Moneybox, Revolut, etc.).
  • Strong track record of defining strategy, managing complex backlogs, and delivering measurable product outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric product design, data-driven decision-making, and agile delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to influence at all levels and align teams behind a shared vision.
  • Confident working across multiple squads with diverse priorities and technical complexity.
  • Passion for building innovative, high-impact financial products that make people's lives easier.
