Reception & Office Admin Assistant - Dorchester
26.25 hours per week working Monday
**Experience required**:
- Customer service and/or Reception & Office Admin experience, ideally within a Professional Services environment.
- Good standard of inter-personal and communication skills, especially in the context of client care.
- Good administration and IT skills
- Secretarial experience would be beneficial but not essential
**The Work**:
Assisting with the smooth running of the front office, ensuring that office administration procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Assisting teams with photocopying and other admin tasks
Dealing with incoming and outcoming post
Balancing petty cash and banking
Stationary Ordering
Dealing with visitors to the reception area, both new and existing clients.
Maintaining the reception area, meeting rooms and public areas.
Coordinating meeting room bookings.
Assisting with client and external guest refreshments.
Opening up the office in the morning and closing up at night and ensuring security checks and procedures are adhered to
Conducting daily health and safety checks
Liaising closely with the Facilities Team regarding supplies and maintenance of the building.
To ensure the confidentiality and security of the company’s and clients’ documentation and information.
