Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Our clients company is a well established fast-growing technology recruitment company. After a massively successful launch over 10 years ago they are now looking to grow in size by adding top graduate talent to their award-winning team. This is a uniqueopportunity to join a fast-developing recruitment company which offers unrivalled progression opportunities up to Director level as well as a market leading commission structure.
Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role
- Cold calling to generate business with Clients
- Developing relationships with existing Clients
- Carrying out market research and finding talent
- Building a personal brand in your market
Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Benefits

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements
- Resilience (cold calling)
- Financially driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Graduate level 2:1 or above
- Sporting background is ideal
- Competitive
- Strong Work ethic
