You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one and will start your career with us on an initial 12 week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team. You will become a recruitment specialist in one of our division’s; Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing or Property Management and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits. Sourcing, screening, short‑listing and providing consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools. Multi‑tasking and prioritising workload alongside your team in an ever‑changing, deadline‑centred, KPI‑driven and fast paced environment.
