We are looking for a passionate and guest focused Bartender to join our incredible Ginger Lily team at Pan Pacific London.

You show confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests.

**JOB SUMMARY**

As a Bartender in Ginger Lily, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Bartender will include but not be limited to:

- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Engage with guests, create a positive atmosphere, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Demonstrate expertise in creating signature cocktails and following established recipes.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the beverage menu, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
