The HR coordinator holds responsibility for managing HR policy, standards & guidance, processes, service improvement, systems and reporting and provides expert advice and administrative services to employees and line managers in the business. You will work with a wide range of people at all levels.

This experience is an excellent grounding for developing your HR expertise and over time you will be exposed to all the different teams within People Services for example - Employee Lifecycle, Payroll, Onboarding and Organisation and Management.

**What you’ll be doing as a HR Coordinator**
- Prioritising and completing incoming work, handling highly confidential information with integrity.
- Support senior managers with the delivery of the People Services team.
- Building and maintaining productive working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and customers.
- Complying with relevant policies and procedures and being able to advise on these.
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the department/ team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the team’s behalf.
- Assisting in the collation of MI and maintaining this data so that accurate figures can be produced and monitored.

**Base location -**Hybrid - Clear Water Court Reading.

**Working pattern -**Part-time 20 hours per week. (over 3 days)

**Requirements for the role -**HR experience.

**What you should bring to the role**
- Ability to use IT confidently, for example, to understand data in spreadsheets or put professional-looking documents together.
- Relevant experience in HR Work
- effective management of own time to meet priorities and deadlines
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with team and wider business colleagues.
- Good customer service skills including being open to change and focused on developing a professional service
- An awareness of the wider HR Function roles, policies and processes.
