Search is looking for a Senior site manager to join one of Scotland's well know main contractors in the Tayside area, working on commercial projects, the company have been trading for over 50 years and thrived during this time. The company would like to takesomeone into their team who can grow in their skills with opportunities of progressing in their role.
As Senior Site Manager your responsibilities will be:

- Supervising projects from start to finish
- ensuring health and safety is top priority on site
- Leading and mentoring the staff on site.
- Completing daily site diary
- Liaising with subcontractors.
- Liaising with clients.
- Ensuring quality is up to client's standards.
- Effectively communicate with the Design.
- Maintain good relations with clients
Skills and qualifications:

- Construction related degree or a trade background.
- Experience in managing a site/ project.
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Health and safety component.
Car allowance or company vehicle
33 days annual leave

**Salary**: Circa 60k dependant on experience.
