Description Kenton Black are seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their clients expanding team in Dundee. The company, a respected leader in housing refurbishment, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale refurbishment. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to manage live sites, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are consistently achieved while making a meaningful impact on communities. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of housing refurbishment projects- Manage multi-trade teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery- Conduct regular site inspections and uphold rigorous health, safety, and compliance standards- Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communications- Coordinate materials, logistics, and labour to meet programme milestones- Build positive relationships with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works- Deliver projects to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship What You Bring:- Proven experience in housing refurbishment and/or energy retrofit projects- Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, First Aid qualification, Asbestos Awareness, and CISRS certification- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving- Ability to manage projects independently and decisively in fast-paced environments- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, residents, and site teams- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland Why This Role?
