**Job Title: Customer Service Advisor**

**Location: John Lester and Eddie Colman Courts, Meyrick Road, Salford, M6 5HE**

**Salary: £21,320**

**Hours of Work: Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 days between 8am and 8pm**

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing a friendly and engaging reception service to our residents
- Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Conduct regular student surveys to drive and grow engagement
- Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront to maintain resident safety
- Most importantly you will be a team player and support your village team
