**The Opportunity**

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a People Advisor in Early Careers. The main purpose of this role is to work with the People teams and key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Early Careers strategy in line with the agreed annual plan ad budget. In this role you will be:

- Co-ordinate the recruitment process for each EC scheme, from authorisation to recruit, through to job offer
- Provide site People team / line managers with guidance on the Role Profile content and planning of induction, training, and support for the participants
- Co-ordinate Assessment Centres, from assisting in the development of material to planning and facilitating the event
- Manage costs and recharges in line with scheme Budgets
- Co-ordinate and support the Samworth Brothers Mentor scheme, including coaching and guidance for Mentors
- Deliver Participant feedback surveys, analyse feedback to identify key actions and solutions and ensure these are addressed in a timely manner
- Manage and deliver projects which address the continuous improvement of the schemes and the Early Careers strategy
- Co-ordinate the external / internal Training / Apprenticeships for scheme participants including monitoring their progress, routine management of providers and engaging with site L&D colleagues
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of the key trends and challenges in the Early Careers space, and to manage external benchmarking exercises when required
- Liaison with colleagues in the Group Resourcing team to support Employer Branding for Early Careers, including providing photographs and stories for content
- Organise and promote the schemes at Careers Fairs and other promotional events

**The Right Person**

We are one big team, and we look for people to join our business who want to work with others but take responsibility for doing their best every day to help to make the business a success. We also need:

- Advisory experience in providing support and guidance to senior stakeholders in an HR, Education or Corporate Training Context
- Demonstrable experience in supporting young people, with an understanding/empathy around the particular challenges of Early Careers
- Accurate and organised in administration, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to present/manage data and information in clear, accessible format
- CIPD level 3
