We are a fast-growing e-commerce company, supplying builders’ hardware to the trade and public.
**About the Role**
We have a vacancy available to join our energetic team in our busy office where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
- 40 hours per week, offering a salary between £21,840 - £24,840 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
- 21 days holiday per annum
**Role responsibilities**:
- Talking to customers, assisting with orders
- Providing exceptional customer service through all channels
- Liaising with courier companies to track parcels
- Building a relationship with key customers
- Dealing with feedback and complaints to maximise customer retention

**Experience/Requirements**:
- Customer service/ customer facing role: 1 year
- Experience of Ironmongery and or building materials would be advantageous
- Leigh-on-Sea, SS9 5LP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Salary**: £21,840.00-£24,840.00 per year
