**What You Will Do For Our Clients**:

- Proactively propose people-oriented strategies to help clients achieve their goals by studying industry challenges, shaping their insights, learnings, and strategy formulation.
- Identifying opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with our researcher to analyse insights-gathering efforts that uncover customer experience implications.
- Design culturally relevant strategies and recommendations.
- Guide workshop facilitation and output, engaging cross-functional teams as needed.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to design presentations that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Collaborate with and guide the client's executional teams during the development of projects to ensure strategies are pulled through effectively during development and handoff.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, cultural shifts, and strategic initiatives in hospitality, health and wellness and across other key verticals, promoting innovation and identifying alternative approaches

**What You Will Do For Our Brand**:

- Develop and implement branding strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Analyse data from various sources to inform strategic decisions and optimise brand performance.
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and values.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

**What You Bring**:

- A strong understanding of primary or vertical brand strategy development.
- Familiarity with the wellness and hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to build creative ideas with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage deadlines
- Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally
- A drive to elevate thinking and the work
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Dynamic presentation skills using Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to command conversations in a room.
- Competence in social media management to engage audiences effectively across platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
