As a leading provider in the e-commerce and payments space we are looking for a **Customer Support Specialist** to support, guide, and empower a growing network of merchants and partners.

Their mission is to simplify payment operations and help businesses grow through seamless, secure, and scalable payment technology.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Guide new merchants and partners through the onboarding process into our suite of e-commerce and payments solutions.
- Act as a customer champion, offering expert advice on our product offerings and the broader payments ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage and resolve technical support escalations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively, both proactively and reactively.
- Document support resolutions and contribute to the creation and improvement of technical documentation.
- Manage global support escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer support.

**About You**
- Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and translate customer needs into actionable outcomes.
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A natural problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- **10+ months of experience** in customer support or technical support (preferably in payments or e-commerce).

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
