**Customer Service Representative**
**Quorum Business Park, Longbenton NE12 8BU**
**Salary**: £21,000 - £23,000 pa + £1,200 pa Performance Bonus
**Working Hours**:Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
**Shift Patterns**: between 8am to 9pm, Mon
- Sun, 5on 2off
**Holidays**: 29 days holidays (increases to 31 days after 12 months’ service) including bank holidays.
**Role Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative**
- Provide excellent customer experience front line support and technical issues within our busy inbound customer service team
- Dealing with customer complaints effectively
- Answer customers’ queries on how to use the alarm system or providing technical support within our agreed response times.
- Assist customers regarding invoices and taking payments over the phone
- Make outbound calls when needed to update customers on their needs.
- Ensure First Call Resolution at any time in any communication channel
- Update relevant information in our customers’ records
**Skills & Experience of a Customer Service Representative**
- 6-12 months’ experience in customer service / call centre environment.
- Customer oriented, genuine passionate about customers' security and safety.
- Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality.
- Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude.
- Strong computer and MS office skills (Excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar)
- Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges in the short and long term.
