**Are you passionate about early years and education and ready to shape the future of the early years’ workforce?**

**Total People is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Coach to join our vibrant Early years and Education Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis, based at our Northwich site.**

This role gives you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of apprentices and the children they support. If you’re driven, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Guiding and inspiring apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in early years settings.
- Delivering engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and face-to-face.
- Observing practice and providing meaningful feedback to support growth and development.
- Being a key part of a supportive, passionate team - even while working remotely.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Early years experience.
- TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification or willing to work towards
- Hold and Early Years qualification
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent or willing to work towards.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of coaching to support learning
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload

**Desirable**
- Coaching qualification
- Knowledge of Government funded training
