**About us**

My Gym Crouch End

run gymnastics based child development classes, parties and camps in their awesome purpose built facility. We have balls pits, climbing frames, swings and a zip wire We have trapeze, aerial silks, and balancing beams Our classes are fun, energetic, whacky, imaginative, and inventive

You will LEAD & ASSIST
- Development & Gymnastics Classes for 4 months to 8 years
- these classes require ENERGY, ENTHUSIASM, and your own UNIQUE PERSONALITY to make them amazing
- you will follow our expert programming but use your CREATIVITY to make them your own, and to make the children and parents alike ENGAGED and EXCITED to come back
- You will be a PARTY ENTERTAINER and be a crucial part of the most IMPORTANT day of the child’s year
- You will create exciting, themed CAMPS during half term and holiday, providing them with an experience they won’t forget
- You will be an expert in assisting parents to provide their babies with the best start to their lives
- You will mentor and guide our ”big” kids in their independent classes using your acting skills and imagination to provide a fun and exciting session

—— in addition to being an awesome teacher and role model you will:

- participate in general day to day admin
- chat to parents about why our program is fantastic and why they should enrol
- support your team mates
- provide ideas and innovation to help the program thrive, and to reach new potential customers
- be involved in the social media accounts
- do the “in between bits” such as prep for parties, prepare arts & crafts for camps, participate in the health & safety reviews, attend training session
- overall you will be joining a family of like minded people who’s primary goal is to improve the lives of the families who attend My Gym

Whilst we are looking for an immediate hire we would wait for the right person.

You MUST be able to do weekends (usually just 1 day) and at least 1/2 shifts in the week, although we will also consider weekend only staff.
