**Restaurant Supervisor - Bourne End SL8 5RP**

Highly experience, dynamic and passionate assistant restaurant manager required for a brand-new Spanish Tapas Restaurant with excellent opportunities to develop your career under our excellent training program and expansion plans.

We are looking for MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE in the front of house of a busy bar or restaurant. You will be creative with a flair for entertaining and offering great customer service as well as making innovative ideas, revenue streams and supervise the bar and front of house.

What we are looking for:

- You must be confident with handling money, stock control and meeting targets.
- We want you to be hands-on, creative and come up with new cool ideas to make your restaurant the best place to visit and best place to work.
- Maximise sales and revenue at every opportunity
- Deliver exceptional and repeatable customer service
- Excellent attention to detail, always
- Ability to multi-task and remain focussed
- At least 1 year experience in a supervisor level of a busy restaurant/ bar
- Knowledge on licensing as you will be licence holder/willing to become a PLH
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- Risk assessments, health & safety.
- Organising team rotas - training provided
- Deliver exceptional and repeatable customer service
- Day to day control of stock, food, and labour costs
- Drive sales and maximise profits
- Work to agreed targets and KPIs'
- Maintain restaurant systems & procedures

Pay: £27,345.00-£33,195.00 per year
