Cambian is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Maintenance operative to join our team. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property management.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and repairs completed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their maintenance concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
