**Salary?**

The sky’s the limit in this role with our UNCAPPED commissions and basic salary

You will start on a base salary of £20,000 + Uncapped commission potential.

If you're smashing your targets, within the first 3-6 months, you have the opportunity to increase your base salary to £25,000 + Uncapped commission potential.
A Sales Rep performing at an average level can take home up to £5,000 per month or £60,000 per year at gross (rates include base & commission).

A top performing Sales Rep can take home around £7,000 per month or £84,000 per year at gross (rates include base & commission).

**What we’re looking for you to bring**:
No sales experience required Our sales team will ensure you are fully set for success before you start out.

You will need to be confident, cheerful and most importantly friendly You’re the face of our company to our customers ; so a smile on job goes along way

Good communication and organisational skills are essential. You’ll be engaging with our existing customers or getting out there and speaking to our potential customers so must be comfortable handling objections and entice them round to your way of thinking.

We’re looking for the quicker learners, the motivated individuals and people who don’t shy away from a little pressure
