We have an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate student to join the Finance Department at De Vere Beaumont Estate as a **Placement Finance Assistant**. You will work closely with our passionate hospitality professionals who will support you throughout your journey, ensuring you are fully immersed into their department. By joining a friendly and supportive environment, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of De Vere Beaumont Estate’s operational finance and accounting processes, whilst adhering to financial and client deadlines.

The **Placement Finance Assistan**t shall ensure the accurate processing of our finance procedures, including purchase ledger, sales ledger invoices and banking transactions. You will also support with your own project based work which may include revenue audit, cost controlling and purchasing.

You are currently studying towards your degree in either hospitality or something similar and ideally have previous experience in hospitality who is looking for a pacement as part of their university degree programme or someone who has recently completed their degree and is looking to gain relevant experience within finance

You are someone who has a passion for delivering memorable moments to our guests and clients. You will have great attention to detail, good timekeeping skills and the ability to deal with changing priorities. Strong numeracy and communication skills are both key in order to succeed in this role.

You must be able to join the scheme from September 2025. Based on your preference your Placement can last between 9-12 months. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
