**Position Overview**:
As a Construction Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects in St Albans and the surrounding areas. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed construction programs, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and sequencing of work activities.

- Utilize construction management software and tools to streamline scheduling processes and enhance project efficiency.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction programming and scheduling, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential scheduling conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
