**About the Role**

Job Title: HR/Recruitment Administrator

Reports to: Director of HR

Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week), Permanent

**Salary**: £24,010 - £26,907 (SFCA pay spine points 8-11) dependent on experience

Start Date: as soon as possible

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our HR team in delivering exceptional services across the Trust. From coordinating recruitment campaigns to managing onboarding and maintaining accurate employee records, your work will ensure that our HR function runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong customer focus.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Onboarding Excellence**: Welcome new starters with a seamless process and prepare personalised Welcome Packs.
- **HR Administration**:Maintain accurate employee records and keep our Single Central Record up-to-date.
- **Team Support**: Assist with routine HR queries, update policies, and support payroll processes.

- Ideally has some experience in HR or recruitment, but this is not essential if you’re eager to learn and grow with us.
