Newly created role to support logistics and manufacture with efficient administration.

**The Scope of the role**
- Coordinate home deliveries with the Carriers and the Customers
- Provide a point of contact for warehouse and customer service queries
- Manage stock records and goods-inwards verification
- Coordinate the prioritisation of delivery notes and processes
- Arrange collection and co-ordinate customer returns
- Collect evidence for managing carrier claims and submit such claims
- Arrange the sending of parcels and booking of carrier collections and to prepare the necessary Customs paperwork for export
- Raising manufacturing works orders, expediting work and reporting on progress against plan
- Supporting the team with administrative duties and providing cover during periods of absence to ensure the seamless continuity of operations

**Prerequisite**
- Logistics and/or manufacturing administration experience
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure, under own initiative
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work with Computer systems
- Excellent organisational skills
