The Camping and Caravanning Club is a not-for-profit organisation, which means that every penny spent with us is invested back into improving facilities and services for our members.
We love camping, caravanning and motorhoming and we want to display that passion to our customers, whether they are seasoned campers or are trying it out for the first time.
With over 350 thousand household memberships, and over 700 employees, we're definitely not a small operation; although our culture still retains a friendly, 'family' feel.
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our hard-working Operations Team.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Participating in shared team functions including post distribution, telephone support and providing reports.
- Answering calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Processing and coding invoices appropriately for the finance team, and investigating anomalies where necessary
- Processing expense claims, and Credit card Statements and ensuring they are logged onto the system correctly
- Receive and place orders with goods and service providers
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with key service providers
- Processing and amending Memberships
- Supporting the team with other general administration tasks
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
- Competent with Microsoft packages
- Excellent standard of verbal and written communication is essential
- Highly organised, with a keen attention to detail
