**Salary: 30,000 per year**
**Full time role from Monday to Friday 9am
- 5:00pm**
I am recruiting on behalf of our client looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator to join their team to provide the full range of PA support to the Directors and Managers.
**With over 30 years in this industry; our company specialises in marketing and distributing branded products to the secondary market. From direct sourcing from major brand owners, to distributing worldwide.**
**Applicants will have excellent administrative experience within a similar role**
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and any adhoc arrangements for Director's and Managers
- Managing all travel for the business. Hotels, Flights, Car Hire and Taxis
- Assisting Organising events and conferences (International meetings etc.)
- Assisting with personal and work life maintenance tasks for Directors
- Diary management
- Assisting the COO
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Organising Lunch for meetings
- Process Expenses
- Manage Purchases for the office
- Charge / Fine payments
- Report Sales figures
- Greeting Visitors
- Provide cover for team members during periods of annual leave
- Customer Service for all website queries and orders
