An opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Warrington branch. The position will involve managing a small team whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through receiving, identifying, storing and dispatching goods.

**About the Role**
- Take the lead in motivating and directing the workforce through their daily roles
- Maintain efficient processes whilst exploring continuous improvements where beneficial
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely planning is done daily, weekly and monthly
- Ensure all personnel adhere to Health & Safety procedures to ensure safe working practises
- Report on the maintenance and servicing of equipment to minimises down time
- Investigate all customer complaints and resolve as required with relevant personnel
- Oversee daily control of a clean, tidy and organised warehouse
- Responsible for staff engagement, including regular team meetings, carry out staff appraisals and PPP’s to set timescales
- Ensure staff are trained to the expected standards as required
- Drive on-site engagement, continuous improvement initiatives and a positive site culture
**About You**
Counterbalance FLT license would be highly advantageous, however not essential
- Must be able to successfully lead and motivate a team
- Must have excellent communication skills and maintain a positive working attitude to colleagues, customers and supplies
- Excellent organisational/planning ability
