About The Role Warehouse Supervisor Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor where you will be an integral part of the leadership team distributing pharmaceutical and healthcare products to our customers and patients. Permanent Contract – immediate start available. permanent day shift with occasional Sunday cover when required, up to 39 hours per week, 5 days per week. Why you’ll love working here: As one of our Warehouse supervisors, you will have a busy and active role: Lead and coach your team to ensure productivity and KPI’s are being achieved Plan and manage designated resource to undertake the day to day work to achieve service levels and key branch performance targets within employment costs Ensure the safe operation and upkeep of all warehouse equipment and maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the branch Ensure the operation adheres to Standard Operating Procedures within the branch to ensure compliance with statutory requirements of all regulatory bodies, GDP, MHRA and to retain the branch ISO quality accreditation Make decisions which positively affect all aspects of branch performance that are aligned with our values Ensure an excellent customer experience is provided at all times About You Our team members are what makes us who we are, we are looking for enthusiastic people who are committed to doing their best to get the job done.
